Unit owners are to follow a code of conduct.
-
Be respectful of each other unit owner when on shared condo property.
-
Communications: Being polite when communicating with other unit owners and people. Any aggressive verbal and/or physical actions will not be tolerated and every incident will be documented for the record when warranted.
-
Noise Levels: Living in close proximity to our neighbours poses a challenge when it comes to noise. Our corporation has the following rules and regulations regarding noise: “Owners, their families, guests and servants shall not make or permit any improper noises on the property or do anything that will annoy or disturb or interfere in any way with other owners or those having business with them.” You can contact the City of Mississauga if you would like more information on the noise control and nuisance noise by-law. To report a problem please contact the Property Management or to file a report please contact the City of Mississauga at 905 896 5655.
-
Speeding: As there are a large number of children who live in and visit the complex, all drivers are asked to drive with caution around the complex and to obey the posted signs. Please remind the children that throwing gravel is a safety issue as well as could result in damage to parked and passing cars. We encourage them to play, but to do so safely and with consideration to others.
-
Pets: Resident pet owners are minded that they are responsible to ensure that their pets are not a nuisance to other residents. In accordance with City By-Laws, dogs must be leashed at all times. Dog owners and walkers are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Please carry a scoop and bag when walking your dog. Excessive noise caused by a barking dog is not permitted. Pet owners should also ensure that their pets do not use the exclusive use areas of other units to do their business. Damage cause to common area or exclusive use property will be charge back to the person(s) responsible. If you observe any city by-law infractions, please contact Mississauga Animal Control at 905 896 5858.
- Driveways: Driveways are for the exclusive use of unit owners. Unit owners are not permitted to use other unit owners’ driveways at any time unless a mutual agreement is in place. A trespassed vehicle can be towed without notice and any associated fees shall be the responsibility of the trespasser.
-
Dust and Debris: When generating dust and/or debris, please be mindful and clean up to prevent it from blowing on to common elements or other unit’s properties.
-
Visitor Parking: Please keep visitor parking free for guests. Do not use visitor as your own personal driveway.
-
Plants, Grass, Trees and Nature: Prevent anything that will cause damage to the plants, grass, trees, nature, ecosystem. Dumping chemicals or anything harsh will kill the grass and plants surrounding. Dog urine will kill grass because of it’s high concentration of nitrogen please water down the area after urination.
