Visitor Parking Overnight
Each unit in the complex is eligible to receive four overnight parking permits for their visitors. This means that your guests may use the visitor’s parking up to four nights. After the use of these four nights, your guests will be required to seek street parking from the city.
To register a license plate for visitor’s parking, please call Total Parking Services at 416-410-9471 and give the following information.
- Date
- Make / Model
- Colour
- License Plate
This process will ensure your visitors’ vehicles are recognized and allowed to park overnight in our facilities.
Please be aware that resident cars are not permitted in the visitor parking area at any time. Any resident vehicles found in these spaces will be subject to ticketing.
Please note that failure to adhere to these regulations will result in tickets being issued, and unfortunately, we won’t be able to dispute or revoke these tickets once given.
