Recently we have experienced record rain falls and many units have had damage from leaks and floods. We are currently assessing all the damage and working out the best solution for everyone. With all insurance agencies and repair people being overwhelmed with claims and repairs across the GTA we are trying our best to get everything addressed as soon as possible.
