Unit owners are responsible for the follow:
- Everything that is behind the exterior walls of the unit.
- Pets: Resident pet owners are responsible to ensure that their pets are not a nuisance to other residents. In accordance with City By-Laws, dogs must be leashed at all times. Dog owners and walkers are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Please carry a scoop and bag when walking your dog. Excessive noise caused by a barking dog is not permitted. Pet owners should also ensure that their pets do not use the exclusive use areas of other units to do their business. Damage cause to common area or exclusive use property will be charge back to the person(s) responsible. - Refrain from storing any toys, bicycles, barbeques or other personal items outside of your exclusive use area. These may be removed and dumping charges billed to the applicable unit owners.
- Recycling, garbage and organic bins are not to be stored on your front entrances or common areas. Please store in your garage or back private area.
- Unit owners are responsible for the cleaning and maintaining their terrace decks.
- Removing snow from terrace decks during large snow falls. This helps reduce the weight and potential floods and/or leaks from the snow melting. Please make sure that no cars are hit by snow removal on terraces.
