Re: Visitors Parking Disruption due to Electrical Wiring replacement

Please be advised that RB Sommerville and Alectra Utilities will be on site to upgrade the existing hydro service cables in the visitor parking area. This project will be performed at no cost the Corporation and is expected to commence on

Monday July 12th 2021and completed on Friday July 16th 2021.

All owners and residents of PCC118 should notify their visitors to make alternative parking arrangements since the visitors’ parking lot will be closed to all vehicles during this period. For your own safety, we require all the residents to fully co-operate with us and follow the instructions while this important project is under way. We ask everyone to be cautious when entering any construction areas around the complex We expect a degree of noise and some other disruptions during this period due to this project, we apologize in advance for the inconvenience.
